A project designed by architect Bryan Pollard, it included a Master suite addition as well as restoration of the original portion of the structure to near original condition. This residence, featured in the book, The History of Carpinteria, was originally a Sears & Roebuck kit home. The project also included a new concrete foundation which leveled the home & salvaged it after years of neglect.
